Can Any guru help me with this problem? I have spent days without. A2billing accepts my pin #, announcess my balance but gives me error when I try to make a call on it. it tells me 'the number you calling is not available'. On cls it comes up with and error on line 610 ' rate-engine does not match the ratecard.

If everything is set up correctly (trunks, rate cards, call plan, etc.) then go in asterisk CLI and check if the DMTF is being sent correctly. I have such problem and it was due to the fact that a2billing was receiving doubled digits.
