Amount does not deducted

Hi,

Call goes through and connected to the other party but amount does not deducted. If we see CDR for answered calls it shows blank in causetermination field. And duration "00:00"

I would really apprecite if someone point out the problem.

make sure you php-pcntl module installed ( type php -m in shell ) . If you are using asterisk 1.2.21 or higher then u need to patch it a bit ( search NO cdr NO bill topic on forum ) . Asterisk 1.4 works fine so if you want you can upgrade to 1.4 .

I went through that thread and downgraded my asterisk from 1.2.20 to 1.2.18 and now I am getting CDRs. It worked...

just dload asterisk-1.2.18.tar.gz from digium and "make clean" "make" "make install" .

Make sure you backup of your extensions.conf and sip.conf files.
Or those which you have edited.
