My did provider is adding a "1" to the CALLERID. A

Hi all, my DID provider decided to star including a 1 in front of the CALLERID field when he sends the calls to my asterisk box. So, when a client calls, ANI authentication fails because the clients already setup their Caller IDs without the one in front. Can anybody tell me what the easiest solution to this problem is? I already tried asking the provider to stop sending the "1" but no luck.

Strip it off in the Asterisk dial plan.
The page describing Asterisk Expressions, perhaps with a little searching on this forum should get you what you need.
