can anyone tip me off how to disable the lady voice speaking up money status and minutes available status (when calling into use callingcard service)?

Our needs simply does not require it and it takes pritty long time before we can actually start with the "new" call.

Greatful for any help :)

There are several settings in /etc/asterisk/a2billing.conf related to this. I think you'll probably want this one:

; Play audio - this will disable all stream file but not the Get Data
; for wholesale ensure that the authentication works and than number_try = 1
play_audio = NO
