Error After Install

I followed the install directions but I am getting a blank page when I goto the A2Billing_UI/index.php. I get redirected properly to A2Billing_UI/Public/index.php but the page comes up blank. Here is the error from my Apache error_log. Any ideas?

I'm not sure but it appears that perhaps you don't have MySQL support in your PHP. Does the output of 'php -m' include 'mysql'?

Are the database connection credentials in /etc/asterisk/a2billing.conf correct?

I should have posted a follow-up to this. The issue was with PHP that when it gets installed with yum on CentOS, it doesnt natively have mysql support. I recompiled and added in the mysql option and everything works now.
