 Post subject: why is not charging the call?

Hello

I'm setup a TrixBox 2.2.4 + A2Billing 1.3.0 with Vitelity service...
Everything is going ok, and the process has no trouble but I have the following issue...

1. The call is not going out... When I try to place a call, ring once and then get hanged up, while getting the following message on the console:
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)
-- Got SIP response 500 "Server internal failure" back from 64.2.142.18
-- SIP/vitel-outbound-09618db8 is circuit-busy

The vitelity trunk has no problems, since I can place a call from same account without trouble when I configure the account on standalone IP phone.


2. Another issue, is when I got to place a call, the calling activities are not detected by A2Billing, so the balance is not deducted and nothing appears on CDR reports or Invoice... What is wrong here?


Please help me!! I have to put a couple of servers in production and I have this trouble... Thank you!

So test it through Asterisk alone, then include A2B into the call path. Ensure you're submitting the correct dial string to your carrier, with the relevant international prefix and country code if necessary.
