Hello there everyone and thanks for reading.

I followed the instructions to a T , and all appeard to be well. I can accsess the webpannels e.t.c e.t.c and I setup the extension.

When I dial this extention nothing happens , the call connects , no audio is heard at all , and it hangs up after about 5 secounds.

I cannot seem to find the problem at all?. Is this a common bug and if so whats the work around.
And is there a idiots guide to setting it all up (customers , rates , e.t.c)

Thanks ever so much for your help

We can only guess what the problem might be until you show us the Asterisk log with 'set verbose 3' or higher.

There's the manual, but you don't need to be an idiot to read it. :clown:
Spending some time reading and searching this forum should answer most of your questions.

Please realise this not an Asterisk support forum. Voip-info.org is a valuable resource for learning Asterisk.
From a command prompt you need to:
Code:
asterisk -vvvr
to connect to your running Asterisk instance and turn verbosity up to 3. Make a call, strip out personal details like IP addresses, card number, webuipass, etc, then post the output here.
