I have preprinted calling cards, I am trying to move from my switch provider to using A2B. I have a question with uploading the CSV files should it have headers eg "username", "tariff" etc. included in the CSV file, the samples in A2B do not have headers.

After some messing with the system I used the sample delimited info in A2B, i saved it as .txt uploaded it to A2B. After hitting the upload button, this then displayed the cust/pin info, with the 'continue' button below this.
With some some modification eg tariffs, etc I was able to import my pin info
