Whenever my callers reach a number that is currently engaged, they get the "the number is busy, please enter the number you wish to call and press the pound key"

Is there anyway to change this to an engaged tone instead? We don't need the option of entering another number..

Have you tried setting 'number_try = 1' in a2billing.conf? It will hang up after the first attempt. In many situations this will provide a busy tone.
