 Post subject: Interruting IVR....missing the digits..

Hey,

We have lot of Impatient customers who just don't want to hear IVR and started dialing or start entering the Phone No in the middle of IVR. The result is the digits we recieved wrong and call fails so the ASR drops down.

Do we have any solution for this problem? Even if user start entering the digits in the middle of the IVR , the IVR stops playing and start recognizing the digits.

Please Please let us know ASAP

Asiby, I think this guy just wants to be able to interrupt any prompts by starting to dial.
It's not possible with A2Billing as it currently stands.
