Oh and, use_dnid is set to YES, forgot to mention earlier.

How to authenticate by IP. And here too.
I have no explanation for why your DNID is being discarded, other than my earlier suggestion that it's being lost in the Asterisk dialplan somewhere before invoking A2B.
