 Post subject: Error importing rate card A2B 1.3.3

I getting this meesage when trying to import a new rate card don't whare is it been here looking solution for days. this is a message I' getting.

I do chose the rate plan the sip trunk and last browse the csv file i do click on import and and then continues and the i get this message.

Success, 0 new rates have been imported.
:(

Are you supplying the same CSV file at the 'continue' screen of the import? You need to give it the same file twice to complete an import.

I don't see a way how can I chose the csv file twice, after I click import there is continue and no other choice to click please give me some example . or a instruction step by step. Thanks

Oh yes, you're correct. Things have changed since I last used the import function, and now you need only select the CSV file once.

So on the import preview screen do all the fields have sensible contents?

yes there are thi is the way look like.


FIELD VALUE
IDTARIFFPLAN (KEY) USA-DR (2)

OUTBOUND TRUNK cheap-ass (2)

DIALPREFIX 93.afghanistan proper.0.2809.30.30 the dot is same as , on the csv file even is aparing here as a dot.


DESTINATION COUNTRY

RATE INITIAL

The las two option are empty don't know why .

Well there's your problem then. Fix your CSV file so each field is populated correctly on the preview screen. You need to be using semicolons (;) between the fields for a flawless import.

Yes thanks work fine i did open ms-office and change all comma , for - ; -and worked, just for reference I click CTRL ,F for search and the search option I type - , - and the replace with- ; - for all the document and work ok.
