Hi All,
I was trying to make some test calls using A2billing for rating...The problem that some calls are corretcly rated and some other are not rated which means for some specific calls I have the correct call duration with Terminate cause=ANSWER and some other calls to other destination that should have a duration different than 0 have 0 duration and Terminate Cause =''
Any tips?

Regards

I think I found something,

The call is correctly rated with correct duration when the Destination party hang up the call...If the source party hang UP then the duration of the call is 0 and the Terminate cause is empty...

What do you think the issue is?

Regards

I checked all topics...Most of them are talking about the asterisk version...Please note that I have the following version of asterisk:

Asterisk 1.4.21.2, Copyright (C) 1999 - 2008 Digium, Inc. and others.

Should i have a problem with such version?

Regards

I think the problem has been solved but I need know what do you think about that... The a2billing trunk in wxtensions.conf was:

[a2billing]
exten => _X.,1,Answer
exten => _X.,2,Wait,2
exten => _X.,3,AGI,a2billing.php
exten => _X.,4,Wait,2
exten => _X.,5,Hangup

I changed it to:

[a2billing]
exten => _X.,1,Answer
exten => _X.,2,Wait,2
exten => _X.,3,DeadAGI,a2billing.php
exten => _X.,4,Wait,2
exten => _X.,5,Hangup

I changed AGI to DeadAGI...Please let me know what do you think?

Regards

Yes using DeadAGI() should fix your problem.
