I have a trunk defined in asterisk with fail over trunk that works as expected - when the original trunk is busy and another call is made, asterisk report "busy here" and the next trunk in sequence is used.
By default I got "busy" tone when first trunk was in use until I commented these 2 lines in extensions.conf
Code:
;exten => s-BUSY,1,NoOp(Dial failed due to trunk reporting BUSY - giving up)
;exten => s-BUSY,2,Busy(20)
In asterisk the trunk sequence works fine, when the first trunk reports "busy here" the second trunk is used but in A2B when first trunk is used and reports "busy here" I receive a2B message "the number is currently busy" and then hangup, fail over trunk is not getting into sequence even thought it's configured both in asterisk and A2B.
What's wrong here? I was sure A2B is reading extensions.conf and work accordingly to it.
