Hi,

I am facing very strange issue. When I generate a SIP or IAX account from the admin interface, it is giving me an error -

Could not open buddy file : '/etc/asterisk/additional_sip.conf'

and

Could not open buddy file : '/etc/asterisk/additional_iax.conf'

I have added the following line in sip.conf and iax.conf respectively -

#include additional_sip.conf

and

#include additional_iax.conf

I have following in the a2billing.conf -

; Path to store the asterisk configuration files SIP & IAX
buddy_sip_file = /etc/asterisk/additional_sip.conf
buddy_iax_file = /etc/asterisk/additional_iax.conf

I changed the mode to 777 for all files in /etc/asterisk but same error.

I reloaded the asterisk and still the same error.

Even I reinstalled the asterisk after removing the previous files but still getting the same error.

Please anyone help ...

In my a2b installation the files are :

additional_a2billing_iax.conf
additional_a2billing_sip.conf

I do not have any problem and i do not know why you changed the filenames to additional_sip.conf and additional_iax.conf.
