email reminder when under a set credit (min_credit_2call)

Hi all,
I installed Postfix on my Asterisk server. It works correctly but email reminder when credit is under a set credit is not sent to the customer.

This is the setting in a2billing.conf:

; Minimum amount of credit to use the application
min_credit_2call = 0.019

; Send a reminder email to the user when they are under in_credit_2call 
send_reminder = YES 

It should sent a reminder when credit is under 0.019 Euros.
But the mail is not sent.
How can I solve this problem?
Other emails, like activation mail,arrive correctly and soon.
Only this reminder is not sent. Where is the problem?
