How to add prefix in a2billing, call for a number of 8 digits and it adds the prefix of 3 digits? Thanks

As far as I know there is no way to match numbers of 8-digits only in A2B v1.3.x, so there is no way to accomplish what you want from A2B's IVR without doing some coding.

However, it is possible to perform this rewrite from the Asterisk dialplan prior to invoking A2B, but this will only work for wholesale/SIP clients. This should give you an idea of what you need to alter:
