Has anybody ever encountered this problem before with a2billing "sorry, your authentication failed"? Some times same pin number gets authenticated successfully, most of the times i get above mentioned message. What could be the cause?
As usual, your help,comments would be highly appreciated.

Check that your debug shell is set correctly in your AGI-conf in your A2billing.conf file

Debug shell is activated. The a2billing.log file has older log info, dating back to 18/06/06. How do i get more detailed and current log records.
This is how i did it: tail -f /tmp/a2billing.log

Debugshell in A2billing.conf should be set to 0 (zero). Is this what you have?

Yes, debugshell is set to 0.
For unknown reason, a2billing.log on my main server has no uptodate records of what has been happening in the billing system. But i managed to get current log from my backup server - see below:

Pls note that the CN:-1(is this number-> 6773603167 typed in) which has failed authentication is a current and valid one in my system. The other CN:1832658646 has been deleted from the system. However, it does not fail authentication as you can see from the log. Very strange.

Hi

Do you know if your a2billing.conf has the correct login/password to access your database? Can you create cards, and do everything else?

If this is not the case, I think you will need to ask Areski for help on this one.
