jiax loads but giving error

Hi,

after I load the jiax, It shows "Ready" but after a little while, it give "Timeout for a non-existant session. Dropping". I haven't able to figure out why this is doing, any body has any clue?

I am getting the same error with the webphone. it seems to load properly
but getting this error.

timeout for non-existant session. dropping

my log shows this,

\Apr 9 01:28:31 DEBUG[2512] manager.c: Manager received command 'Command'
Apr 9 01:28:31 DEBUG[2512] manager.c: Manager received command 'Command'
Apr 9 01:28:54 DEBUG[2489] chan_sip.c: Auto destroying call '[email protected]'

if anybody can help?

I get this error but mine still works, I had to edit the host of Localhost and put the server name in the config for jiax

Ok I edit the a2billing.conf
under CUSTOMISATION Of THE CUSTOMER INTERFACE
;IP address or domain name of asterisk server that would be used by the web-phone
webphoneserver=PUBLIC IP ADDRESS
and still nothing, same error, the bottoms not even works, If I type the numbers is ok I can see the number then after press dial it just sit there call no nothing. is this application works?
I have a SIP Trunk created on A2Billing, since I do not have a IAX account I have created a IAX Trunk using my SIP Trunk settings, also selecting my SIP trunk as a failover and still nothing, I can see my accounts created on additional_a2billing_iax.conf and additional_a2billing_sip.conf, so what am i doing wrong? do i miss any configuration? do I have to edit any configuration file on * ? this is the only application that is giving me trouble the rest of the application is working OK.

the customer have iax account?
if not generate the iax account clicking the iax button under customer line, and then reload asterisk.

Yes the customer has IAX account activated by default....

What is strange is that it was working before......i changed the lenght number card to 6, and it doesn't work anymore.

The system still works, otherwise.

Nope, the user didn't exist in iax friends....
