I have been getting this message for weeks now and no solution on it is any kind and help and give an idea please how can fix this error? the error I'm getting on a2billing-1.4. and up is (your new agent hasn't been inserted) this error is when I try to create an agent I had check database and tables are correct please help

Switch on the php profiler, then see what queries A2Billing is doing, run those queries at the MySQL cli, and see what the error message is.

Just wonder where i can find that and how can do switch the PHO profile on in linux.

Thanks Joe.
I did figure it out, u need update the a2billing to current version, apperantly when u use ./install_sh install the older version.
example l'm using a2billing-1.4.4.1 but when i installed it the automate installer only install the a2billing-1.4 and that why the agent did not work the a2billing need to be update in this case in order to work.
