If i set activatedbyuser=no then which is the link that i need to put into the template for them to activate? I can't find it anywhere.

What you're looking for is in the cc_templatemail table; the 'signup' mail type record specifically. Look in the messagetext field, the URL template is there.

You can also access the same information mentioned by joshilewis in the A2Billing admin interface. It's under MISC --> Mail Templates
