Its seems they are offering very good international rates comparatively there good quality. Any one here who previously used this service. I like to start using this service for calling card business, since i can't handle dealing with voicetrading or carrieexchange. Looking for advices.

For what it's worth I've never seen the name Gafachi before. I had a quick look at their rates, and it seems they're rather expensive. Even their Gold tariff has quite a few destinations (e.g. some UK mobile rates) where your buy rate would be double that of my sell rate.

I used them to get pretty cheap DID numbers from NY. They were ok, no problems.

I use them for toll free DIDs. Their network has been wonderful and customer service excellent. But for termination, their rates are expensive and they only provide you with 2 channels for non-us calls and you can request for more if you meet certain critiria.

Yes I never look Gafachi before. We make one test account and surprise the CDR not work.
We ask for rates to low prices for 300.000 minutes week and I am waiting waiting send any day

good for small traffic only there ASR isn't that impressive.

Read the forum on http://forum.asterisk2billing.org/viewtopic.php?t=3047 there is already a lot said about them. If you still want to use them, try little amount like $100.00. I have money stuck on the system and only use them for back up trunk. They charge you when the call does not go through and this frustrates customers. Also the advertised rates is 5% higher.

Which country is majority of your traffic going? If you can afford the 500 Euros minimum by Voicetrading, I will suggest going with them. They have no customer service but it works.

I've been using Voicetrading since November of 2007. I'm in the USA and I send US dollars to my Euro account through bank wire. I've sent as much as $2000.00 at a time and never had a problem. The exchange was fair market. I tried to save the wire fee by sending through XE.com and ended up paying more than what the wire would have cost.

About their call quality, I must say, it's very good, except for the times I get "Service not available" more times than I would like. As stated in the BETAMAX site, they claim to be experts at keeping cost down. I think the inly thing that is keeping them in business is good call quality and reasonable rates, but do not depend on them as your only source. As others can attest to, their customer service is non-existent, hence my reason for wanting to leave.

My other long time provider for more than a year is Nergy Telecom. Lately we've been experiencing quite a few charges for calls that were never answered. I have to leave them also. The rates are good and you can select any one of their eight carriers to carry your traffic. What set me off is a carrier like MCI charging for calls that were never answered. Calls that cost $0.25 per minute and up, and the explanation is, "They can do that". That doesn't make my customers nor me very happy. It may be worth looking at them, but pick your carriers carefully.

I use Gafachi for 800 service. The problem I have with Gafachi is that I cannot get the calls to come into Asterisk. They have been working great on my VoipSwitch platform but not in Asterisk directly, so I take the call in on VoipSwitch and pass them through to Asterisk. Works great, however I would prefer to go to Asterisk directly and eventually phase out VoipSwitch. Their support is less than desirable.

I would appreciate it if someone might be willing to share their Gafachi configuration with me. I would like to know how to send different numbers to different servers.

I just realized that I didn't try them on the new server I setup a few weeks ago. Anyhow, your input would be appreciated.

Really now in true I make the end test with thsi gafachi

PROBLEMS AND MONEY GO

1.- I try with 3 pbx (1 using a2billing) The system make call and ring but not answer any in the end

2.- In gafachi this call take for your credit 1 or 2 minutes (you lose money)

3.- many times line off

4.- Routes not have termination

Gafachi is the best provider for you lose your money
