yeah Stavros, I was looking for info on what has happened in the marketplace, not soliciting rates. Just that someone mentioned a rate that sounds too good to be true so I bite.

I can't blame you for that. The eminent security researcher Bruce Schneier recently blogged about the psychology behind these kinds of decisions in an interesting tangential topic.

If you're talking about 3.5 ... Yeah I want it too. And while you're at it, how about India for 2.0 and Egypt for 4.5. Might as well be asking for gasoline for 1 dollar / gallon.
