This is normal with route5060.com. Many times I get one way voice. when I complain he will change the provider. use it for one or 2 days it return back to one way voice. If you complain he will return your money back, only if he actually find out that your complain is genuine. I like him for been honest. It is likely to be the fault of the route provider. Unfortunately you can not select..

I had the same problem some months ago. I think I had the settings on "can reinvite=yes" on the extension which was causing the problem.

It is nice that single line solved the problem. Without changing anything it works for me as I don't want to put too much on my asterisk box. I allow the media part from client to (route5060 in this case) provider.
I am just wondering does this have anything to do with one way voice?
canreinvite = yes "allow RTP media direct"
canreinvite = no "deny re-invites" (stops the sending of the (re)INVITEs once the call is established) according to asterisk wiki.

Am I wrong?

Actually I did get a response from them some time ago about their business.

I figured they would go down after their response.

They told me they had not been giving the business proper attention due to other interests they had, and promptly refunded my money I had recently paid them.
