I have used VT for Ghana, Guinea and few other African countries and its been ok. I want to start marketing into the Mexican and Dominican Republic market.

Does anyone have experience with VT on these routes. Please share experience. Thanks.

They gave me a 5 Euro Credit to use on their system for a tryout.

I used the whole credit on calls to Mexico, both LL and Mobile.

I ended up using most of the credit on their middle level routes. I could not tell the difference between the top level and the middle level.
Using the "grey" routes I did notice a drop in line quality.

Thanks. I'll start using it from next week. My target countries are Mexico, Dominican Republic, Guatamela, Brazil and Ecuador. We've started a meet and greet with the communities. Feedback will be posted on how successful it was.

I used to use them on DR on the grey route, and it was good quality and cheap. Now though, seem I had to jump to the premium route which gets kinda pricey.

Doesn't VT have their servers in Europe? Would like to use for Mexico but fear latency could be an issue?

Not sure how they route the call, but I am only 20 miles from Mexico and called into central Mexico without issue, except their grey routes. The call quality was just too bad for grey routes
