Hi Everyone,
I am wondering how many of you have tried using Call-labs services and have experienced frequent congestion problems?
I have recently subscribed to their services as I thought they would be reliable being advertised in A2billing. Besides having call congestion problem frequently, I am also not satisfied with their customer service which takes days to give me a single reply, sometimes never.
Nevertheless, if call can be made successfully (without any congestion), most of the time the calls are of good quality.
Unfortunately, congestion + lack of customer service seems to be a big headache with Call-labs.
Is there any other alternatives you would recommend?
