Is the annual membership fee waived for the accounts lifetime or just the first year?

don't even try them, service is very bad.
have a test account with them, it never worked

Anyone tried them yet?

I am out of patience with Route 5060 and their non responses with problems in their sellers, crappy rate cards, and a billion other problems.

Has anyone had any luck with them? I have been trying to find a test / backup mob i could use for Australia and i have to say with most of the exchanges i have had no luck so far. Could be my config or it could just be that s it hard to get a good one for Australia.
