I was using them sporadically.
25 E dissappeared from my account and never appeared back.
It was during what they called maintenance.
All emails to them served no purpose as these guys are ill-intended.

Nothing new at the moment, they are not responding my emails, neither in English nor French.
25 E still lost.
When emails were responded it happened after 2 weeks....

Ok that's bad news. I will ask a French friend to do some research about them.

Hi,

I am not sure what the number was, but, I have called them before and spoke to a person in English (They had a French accent). If I remember correctly they are a pretty big telecom.

Kind Regards,

Les

I have good service with this company, and good contact with them..
Have you been transfered to their new System,
they have transfered all funds from their old system to their new system,
which has a new link..

they personallly had contacted me, to test the new SIP servers.
and after 2days of testing, they transfered all my funds from the old link to the new link

send me a PM, and i'll give you the e-mail of my contacts at ing-telecom

Isn't it prohibited by ing-telecom to resell the minutes?

Terms:
Quote:
Article 3 - Obligations of the Subscriber
...
- not to resell or use it calls. The Subscriber will not be able ceder the presente inscription which is personal as an individual to him or representant of a legal entity, company or association.

If i understand this right, it is not allowed to use minutes from ing-telecom to provide calling services.

Please correct me if I am wrong, because i would like to use them as the rates are ok.

Unfortunately i have to share our ing-tel testdriver here...

We started to use ing-telecom. But unfortunately the connection quality was very bad.

We used them for Hungary, Nepal and Dominican Republic as their rates are very low there.
We had a lot of connections without termination (customer was connected, but there was no audio nor the destination ringed).
So our callbacks for these countries needed more then 5 tries to get a connection.

We do not have these problems with voicetrading and siptraffic premium routes.

We decided to remove ing-telecom from our system! :-(
