Hi.

I have subscribed to Voicetrading services and made the initial payment of 500 Euros.
It took them a while to find my payment (aprx. 2 weeks).

Their customer service is based only on web ticketing interface, which doesn't work as I'd expect.
Very disappointing service.

Talking about call quality, it depends on the destination country.
I'm using it mainly for Greece which is very variable. Some days calls sound like SS7 direct termination, some others like the cheapest grey routes in the world!!
There are times where your calls cannot be completed due to failed trunks (you can also hear some guy talking in Russian saying that the destination number was not found, or your account does not have enough money etc)

In general, do not use it for commercial/production services because your subscribers we'll be disapointed.
It is based on the BetaMax cloning tree and it uses the same termination providers as Siptraffic does.

Their interface is the same as Siptraffic, although Siptraffic used to answer a lot quicker my payment inquiries than voicetrading.

Keep in mind that it uses 2 registrar servers (Siptraffic uses only 1) and that the main registrar is very likely to fail with congestions during the day! Use as a backup the 2nd one.

Also, keep in mind that you can apply for a demo account, in order to test their quality before deposit of 500 E.

For any inquiries I am available felixjoe.

Regards,
Tassos

I agree with zafeirop.

I am only using the Premium route. Sometimes the Prmium route is
cheaper than the Grey route. A lot of my clients are calling to Turkey,
with a lot of problems.

They dont deliver the caller ID. They say it works, but it doesnt.

zafeirop, which Provider are you using?

Cheers
Skiller

I'm still using voicetrading - siptraffic for backup trunking
However, for Greek routes I'm tied up to a local greek National provider for ITSP with direct SS7 termination.

The only good thing with Voicetrading & Siptraffic is that I can define my own ACL for SIP interconnection via their interface.
So, you just setup your IP of your media proxy and you don't risk your $$$ just go away from a SIP user/pass brute force attack.

Cheers
Tasos

Hello!

Now I use Siptraffic and I want to change to Voicetrading because they have 2 IP addresses and I want to use them for failover.

Could you please tell me if Voicetrading passes caller's ID as Siptraffic does?

The call quality is the same between the two companies?

Thank you!
