Can anyone share their experience with Vocati Communications. Are they reliable, how is support, do they have good connections.

From speaking to other referral customers it is good quality, no grey routes, good tech support, based on all that I switched from Vitelity to them. I do not regret my decision.

Vocati seems to have problems connecting. I have not been able to connect I get weird messages like the number does not exist when I know for a fact that it works.

I am not sure but I think some of their setup just went through the earthquake in Haiti. This might be the reason for your concern.

That is not the case. I cannot make calls to the US or Canada. it tells me the same thing that the Number is not in service.
