I have created an account 2 months ago with http://www.voippro.com for some low rates to the destinations I'm interested.

Suddently my account was disabled yesterday and I don't even have access to my account area. :furious:
I had about 85 Euros remaining credit. No email or telephone to their website.
I have searched and read many complains in some boards for voippro (cheaters - scammers).

Has anyone experienced the same with VoIP PRO or other Dellmont provider ??

Has anyone any contact information (telephone - fax - email) to contact them ??

Thanks, Fanis

it is the same company as siptraffic and voipbuster - I had an issue w/ siptraffic, logged the ticket on voipbuster, and got my issue resolved - you may try !

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem, read my review here:

viewtopic.php?f=20&t=7743

Have taken the advice of "cerien" and contacted siptraffic (whom I also have an account with) and am now waiting to hear back.

Will let you know how I get on.

Regards
Lee

How can you make more than one phone call on Voip at a time? I would like to be able to make more than one call at a time using my voip provider. Is there a way this can be achieved?

I have never been able to do this nor have ai found any info that can support it.
It would be pretty sweet if we could make several calls at one time using Voip!

If you guys are still looking for providers, I would recommend checking out Cost Effective Small Business VoIP if you need voip for your work. if you are looking for an all-around good provider, I would check out. I love them and it is so easy to use!

Moderators, attention please:

charlesbruck, tcrush, Jim99 are all SPAM from voipreview.org/digest.com - this is the same company and it's owned by a major douchebag who broke his contract with us and then threatened to sue us when we refused to pay for inferior advertising. You should remove all links to voipreview.org, digest.com, and myvoipprovider.com because all of these are spam from that guy.

Yes i also had a bad experience with Voip-Pro. They stole $25.95 from my checking account. This was actually the second time they had done this with me.
Now i am having services from
Code:
http://www.t1line.com/
and they are providing me a reliable and affordable service. I am satisfied with them.
