is there anybody have used service.icall.com or www.ipsamrx.com as A-Z termination? how is there rate and % of call completion ?

I try once iCall they cheap routes full of false answering, when I contact them to fix they simple told me to use other routes that cost much much more... they are doing same thing as Vocati taking your money and don't deliver sh*t. As of IPSmarx, be realistic they software development company and not a Voip provider! so it is up to you!
