Has anyone else got theses Problems? Since a couple of days/weeks I have the Problem that calls are interrupted very very often. I'm not sure yet if it's a voicetrading issue or something on my side.

I sent voicetrading a trace but got no response until now.
My calls yesterday where ok but I still got some complains from a customer.
You should also check if you don't have huge amount of minutes for a call, I had the problem that two customers got charged for talking 900 min (in one piece without interruption) although the call was interrupted after 10 or 40 sec.

i forgot my voicetrading password, i used the forget password option and it always shows 678 on the next page, and i do not see a mail. how can i reset the password ?
