great ... they have killed my account completely! I created a new account to talk to support (the only way to contact them is through their ticket system which you can only reach if you have an account) I explained the problem that my Password is not working. The response was "what services do you offer and send more details". Was pretty confused, since I asked about a problem and didn't offer anything. Explained it once again and once again I got a answer, telling me that I didn't answer their question. Explained what I am doing, why I purchase from myvoiptraffic ... no answer and account was deleted. I know that the account is deleted because there still should have been some credit on it and also it wouldn't have been possible to give access to an IP that was already used by a different account. So now I only buy very small amount of credit every 2-3 days.
