Hi all, asterisk and a2b are up but are not working. in particular clients cannot authenticate. what i see are tons of lines like this 70c733f8321 00102/00000 0x0 (nothing) No (d) 1195c484020 00102/00000 0x0 (nothing) No (d) 0024eb812da 00102/00000 0x0 (nothing) No (d) 6eecf09169a 00102/00000 0x0 (nothing) No (d) 6d4dd19c059 00102/00000 0x0 (nothing) No (d) can you help thanks a lot |

Hi This does not give us enough information to help. I'd recommend you check asterisk realtime is working correctly. Joe |

I can connect to asterisk via ssh using astersk -vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvr is there any specific test I should do, as of now this is the situation Summary | Registries | Channels | Peers | Sip Info | IAX Info | Conferences | Subscriptions | Voicemail Users | Codecs | Full Report Asterisk : Summary Summary System uptime: 29 minutes, 56 seconds Active Sip Channels: 358 Active IAX2 Channels: 0 SIP Registrations: 15 I AX2 Registrations: 0 SIP Peers Online: Monitored: Offline: 0 IAX2 Peers Online: 0 Offline: 0 Unmonitored: 1 any idea ? thanks |
