Hi All;

If I have moh directory under my /var/lib/asterisk (actually it is coming with the asterisk the moh), then do I have to create a special separated directory mohmp3 for a2billing? Why not to use the moh directory that already come with asterisk?

Also, why I need to use music on hold in a2billing? I know that the sound files we need to use it for playing the prompt for the caller (like asking the caller to enter the pin, and the password, ...etc). But why to use music on hold for a2billing? It is billing, so why?

Any advise?
Regards
Bilal

Inbound DID calls to SIP-friends may be placed on hold.
A2B has it's own folder because the MOH files may be uploaded from the A2B GUI; it's to prevent confusion, and prevent Asterisk's default files from being overwritten.
