Hi,
I am testing A2B 1.4 and I have this scenario:

Provider 1
prefix cost per minute
1818 $0.0081

Provider 2
prefix cost per minute
181828 $0.0100
181833 $0.0200
181850 $0.0345

If I include both providers on the same call plan the provider 2 will always win the call despite its costs per minute since its prefix is more detailed. I use the simulator and the call always goes to provider 2, am I missing something? The idea is that the call must be routed to the provider 1 since its cost is lower than provider 2 despite the detailed prefix

do you have any suggestions to fix this?

I do agree with your theory,

Somewhere in this forum, you'll find a detail post on this same issue.

This is an issue you have to test inside-out,
i check this with every rate update, to avoid such issues....

A2billing, does it's selection base on the most detailed pre-fix,
in the posting, it is explained why also..
