 Post subject: Cant dial 0044xxxxxx prefixs

Howdy,
Running 1.4 RC1 and seem to have an issue calling 0044 numbers. The only way i can get it to work is if i add a dial prefix of 00441.

Is this the normal format for a2billing or should i be able to dial any number after the 0044?

Or do i need to add every local area code prefix for every country worldwide or should i be able to dial just the standard prefix 00XX?

Removed the call plan, ratecard and reloaded the destinations. Now working.
