Hi everyone,

I have successfully installed a2billing 1.4.1 and now I am stuck at the language feature. When you first install a2billing is there anything you need to do in order to make it to work?

Going to any of the web interfaces (user, admin or agent) I tried to switch from English to any other language and it remains on English.

PS: I don't know if it is really related but all the language files exists and they seem to be in their respective diretories.

/var/www/a2billing/common/cust_ui_locale/es_ES/LC_MESSAGES# ls
messages.mo messages.po

Thank you!

Andre

In Debian you need to run 'dpkg-reconfigure locales' and select locales that you need.

I had this problem too. Check out my post here: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=7432 .

Run locale -a on your system and ensure that all the languages you want are visible. You might need to change common/lib/languageSettings.php to match your system. I had to change english from en_US.iso88591 to en_US.utf8.

Hope this helps.
