what do you mean by the right codec? can you please elaborate more?

I think you either don't have the rate or the trunk selected.

Hi, sorry if I am back to you so late,
did you try to have a look at the full log file when you place a call ?
if you see something like .. cannot find directory for G..... then you con't have the proper codec...
if you still have the problem I will look on my log .. I should have something saved ..
if not please tell me how you fixed the problem.

Hi,
Have you managed to solve the problem? I'm having similar issue and have spent the last 3 days working on it and searching for solution but to no avail. Calling from freepbx works ok. Problem confined to calling via a2billing.
If i remove dial command parameter in agi-conf, then it works. If i put back the command it won't work.
I could leave the dial command parameter out permanently. But this would result in lack of call control. Example, pressing * key to end a call and to make another call wont work.

I'm running pbxinaflash 1.2, Asterisk 1.6, a2b 1.4.2.1
Dial command params= ,60,HRgrL(%timeout%:61000:30000)

Any help would be much appreciated.

check in the system settings > global settings > agi-conf1 for international prefixes... for me, because i'm in canada, i had to add 011 before my calls would work. maybe its the same issue for you?

I have already done that. I 'm in Australia& the prefix used is 0011.
Any other suggestions?
