signup does not reload asterisk

Hello Every body
iam using A2B 1.4 and when someone signup, asterisk is not reloaded
I have configured the option;
Define if you want to reload Asterisk when a SIP / IAX Friend is created at signup time.
Value = yes

I need to check another thing??

you are better off if you use realtime instead of reloading asterisk every time SIP/IAX client is created. Search the forum for realtime configuration.
