Hi Guys,

Using A2Billing v.1.4.2.1 and customer only gets billed if duration is over 60 seconds. I checked rates and they are all set to charge a minimum of 60 second in initblock.

Any else facing this or has an input?

Thanks

Have you got a value in min_duration_to_bill in the agi-conf?

You were spot on Joe. I will make that change. I see that the description for min_duration2_bill says that it's used for system errors to protect customer against erroneous charges. Is A2Billing not able to detect "connected" state in certain circumstances?

Thanks again

Hi

Yes, that setting prevents billing from starting unless the call duration is longer than the given duration, then it bills for everything. This is to get round the issue of carriers false answering the call.
