Hello,

In Call Plan i am selecting LCR : buyer price
NOW in Rate table if i put 2 Rates for USA with 2 providers
Like
1 (USA) --- 0.09
1 (USA) --- 0.10

and i am selling with

1 (USA) --- 0.008

so my call should not pass as i select LCR with buyer price....because the sale rate is lower then buying rate..

Is it true ??

Pl. help me in this case.

Why are you selling cheaper than you are buying?

Im not sure if chooses the cheapest buying price, or if it looks up the profit margin and does it by that.

The easiest way to find out is to create a test.
dest / buy / sell / trunk
123 / 0.09 / 0.08 / trunk1 (- margin)
123 / 0.10 / 0.11 / trunk 2 (+ margin)

And see which trunk it goes out. You can view the cdr after you make the call too see the trunk that was chosen.
Or you can use the simulator

Hello,

Thanks for your answer
I dont want to Sale below buy price. BUT
I give you one example,

Rate table 1
USA - Buy price 0.008 (Good quality) --- Sale to customer 0.009
USA - Buy price 0.007 (Normal Quality ) --- Sale to customer 0.0075

Rate Card is same for both the client......so i can take advantage of both routes in case of 1st customer BUT 2nd customer can't be use 1st route because its sale price is bellow buy price.

Now the 2nd customer the buying rate is changed so i changed for 2nd route..is 0.008 so the 2nd route will not available for client 0.0075 which i sale..

I want that it should be do automatic. so if i change buy rate for my provider it will applicable to sale rate also. so i will not do loss.
