Hi to all.
A2Billing has a feature to record calls which works perfectly.
Admin can view this recording via the cdr report, but what i need is for the customer to have this ablity and see his own recording.
Is there a way for the user to see in his call history the same link to recording as the admin does?
I saw in this forum a topic where somebody asked the same question and was told to upgrade his 1.3 version to 1.4 to enable that.It took me more then a month to upgrade my sever and now I can't find the option yet.
Please help.

Edit the customer Group, you will see Permissions to authorize a customer to see the recording or not.

I'm using the Sesame Street version,1.4.3.
I worked till now with 1.3.0 aso i'm not so familier with the new version. I assume you mean to go to customers->group, choose the group the user belongs to and edit it's permission.
If I do get there i can see the group, click it to edit, and in that page i can see 17 veraiables, from "Password" to "see recording" . the problem is that i have no way to edit it. I don't even see the veraiable setting itself (i.e-YES or NO). I can choose one or several items,and click confirm , but it just sends me back to groups initial page.
What am i'm missing here? am i'm on the wrong track? can you please detail more. This subject is vital to the project i'm working on.
