 Post subject: a2billing for wholesale

hi
i am trying to use a2billing for wholesale but it's not working. i want to authenticate the users with there ip.
i enter the ip address under users permit= and set nat=no, but still it does not work. please help me to do this

set the IP address in host, set the the type to peer, set insecure to port,invite
