 Post subject: Charging payphones an extra fee

Hello guys,

Is it possible to charge the users that call the system from a payphone an extra fee? If so, how?

Also, is it possible to charge the users that are not from US an extra fee? My toll free provider charges me extra if the caller is from canada or alaska, or puerto rico etc.. I want to reflect this charge to the caller. Thanks
