I need to bill monthly services to some of my clients. Some may have Service A, some Service B, some service C, others a combination/multiples of the same. (I have only used one service per client at the moment) Using A2B 1.4, I have tried using Recurring Charges and Subscription services but seem to get into difficulty. Some of my clients are billed with the wrong service though their account has the correct service shown attached or others will show the correct amount on the reports but no credit is deducted. Any ideas? I followed Tshif's direction in his guide 'An Adventure in PBX Billing' in setting up the Subscription Charges and no joy.
