Hi guys :
Iam in urgent need of any help, i setup the new a2billing 1.4 and start my business on it ,but the problem i noticed that some calls are not being billed and charged by a2billing ,calls are not being billed so it cant be viewed on cdrs but it do appears in my provider cdrs,after some time i found that all my concurrent calls are being disconnected suddenly at the same time ,the problem was from overload on RAM Memory ,but i didnt understand i have only 40 concurrent calls on the server and the RAM memory is 2GB how could be that it full up on 40 calls ,Does codec conversion effects the server like this(i have on my server Fedora core 9 as a OS and a2billing 1.4.2) ,Any help would we appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I had same issue. The problem started when I changed DeadAGI to AIG in the a2billing Context. After changed back to DeadAGI my issue resolved.

What you have in your extensions.conf file.

[a2billing]
exten => _X.,1,Answer
exten => _X.,2,Wait,2
exten => _X.,3,DeadAGI(a2billing.php|1)
exten => _X.,4,Wait,2
exten => _X.,5,Hangup

Hi

You can usually set the timezone on a CentOS server by typing setup at the CLI, however, if the option does not appear, yum install system-config-date should bring it into the menu.

Then you need to set the TZ in the Global config in A2B

Hi:
Iam using fedora 9 , i did set the time by typing command (date -s " DEC 27 2009 10:24:00" ), and i set in global the server GMT time to (GMT+00:00)
cause i want to set my server time to GMT time , but what i need to know , how a2billing knows the GMT current time, Is it stored by default into a2billing or we have to define it or it refers to the server time as gmt time .please explain .
