Dear all,

I am having problem on a2b 1.4 plays IVR *sorry you dont have enough credits* even though I put 10,000 in the Admin/Agent Customer account.
i am not Sure which parameters required to change to correct this problem

Please Help.

Hi

Check you have credit in the customer account (agent account is immaterial) and if this is a post paid account, check there is a credit limit.
