Hi,

I recently upgraded my A2Billing version from 1.4.1 to 1.4.4. Now customer can't see any rate card from the customer portal --> rate card. It says there is no ratecard created.

Thanks. I upgraded to 1.5.1 and it is good now.

I have Option callerID update "yes" but when a customer inputs his caller ID after the IVR prompt it does not get linked to the relevant card number. Do I need to enable additional agi-conf filed.
